Following a previous successful project with Approve All, Krish returned to our team for assistance with the change of use of an existing office space to a tutoring centre in Rouse Hill.
For this project, our team assisted with the CDC architectural drawing set and supporting documentation required for the Complying Development Certificate approval, while also helping coordinate the information and requirements needed to progress the application.
The project successfully received its Complying Development Certificate, allowing Krish to move forward with establishing the new tutoring centre.
As a repeat client, it was especially rewarding to work with Krish again and support another project through to approval.
