Approve All assisted Aisling with the planning and approval pathway for the transformation of an existing premises at 1094 Botany Road, Botany into a new hair salon.
For the Development Application, our team provided town planning, project management and architectural drawing services, including the planning assessment, coordination of the application requirements, preparation of the site analysis, existing and proposed floor plans, and signage drawings. The proposal involved alterations and additions to a local heritage building, a change of use to a hair salon and new business identification signage.
The Development Application was successfully approved by Bayside Council, giving the project a clear pathway to progress.
Following the DA approval, Approve All continued to support Aisling through the Construction Certificate stage, including preparation and coordination of the required drawings and additional project support to help progress the approved works toward construction. Council’s consent required a Construction Certificate to be obtained before building work could commence.
